WHO KNOW WHATS GOING ON AT TELKOM

Telkom charged me double for one month, after visiting the shop, calling the numbers they gave me, no one can tell me why. They then blocked my account because I didnt pay my last payment on time, but this because I wanted to know why im being double charged. Anyways, I need my phone so I payed my account on the day they blocked it. account is still blocked more than a week later, and no one at telkom seems to be able to help me.
