who is in charge of this branch?

as previously stated, this branch does not have phones so i need to drive there every time to go find out if they have stock on my broken modem that needs replacement, yesterday morning i arrived at 8.45 to be first in line. employees arrived late and made everyone wait outside. probably 20 people. when i asked lynette her name to report them to their boss/manager who also wasnt there she broke down and shouted that she doesnt have to deal with this. she ran out of the shop and called security and made a massive scene in the shop. she shouted to people in line behind me that the system is ofline and everyone should go home. in the meanwhile grace just dissapeared. i told them im not leaving untill i have their names and she scratched some unreadable nonsense on a piece of paper. in the meanwhile its been two weeks and i still dont have a new modem. telkom! you are absolutely pathetic!!! you are worse than SAPO even. and the only feedback i get on here is that someone will contact me. i know it wont happen. just bring me a new modem. its UNDER GUARANTEE !!! go check my previous unresolved complaint and resolve it!
