Who is expected to pay for this??

<p>I recently acquired a Huawei P9 lite on contract. The debit order date that I signed for was for the LAST DAY OF THE MONTH. This didnt happen, and immediately I called them to find out what the matter was. They said the debit date was the 5th of every month (which I did not agree to), but I asked that this matter be rectified. I was assured it would be rectified at the next debit order month. The 5th came and still nothing, I went to the Telkom shop on the 6th to pay the money and they said I should wait it would be debited midnight, I waited and still nothing. I called to find out and the lady told me that I had to pay manually at an absa, she sms'd me a reference number and banking details. When I went to pay, the bank told me the reference was incorrect. I called Telkom again and he told me the payment was rejected on the 7th and I was sms'd the correct reference number, but now I have to pay more because my payment is "late". I signed for the last day of the month and they came up with their own dates, then their reference was incorrect and now I have to pay more and all they said was sorry!! well their SORRY is costing me RANDELAS!! i'm really upset</p>
