Who gave authority to take my money on my account??

I've never seen such happening...how could Telkom mobile debit money from my account without my authorisation?? I mean I never made any agreements with them but how could they manage to get my account details while I don't even own a single item from Telkom?? But they did manage to deduct R1578.60 from my account??
