Who cares

I have been trying to get a telkom line installed and was told that I have an amount owing from 1998 (I was on prepaid then and don't understand how if there was an amount owing I hear now only). that is however not my problem, my problem is I have been trying to find out how much I owe so I can pay it the number given to me to call ***) is never answered by anyone, you only get the IVR and then hold for ages with no response. all I want is to pay you guys you money, can we get this sorted out please.
