Who app**** using my details?

<p>So I app**** for a new contract from Telkom. Firstly the consultant assisting me tells me she will use the address on my bank statement. Then 2 days later she calls to tell me ai must send her my proof of address. I send it. Then I get sent a survey of my in-store experience. I am as honest as possible about the poor service I experienced. I then get told my application was declined because my credit is too low. How convenient. My credit score is as 944. I get loan offers everywhere and Telkom wants to tell me I have bad credit? Now they are telling me I app**** last month and my application was declined therefore I must wait another 3 months before I can apply again. Why send out surveys if you don't want honest feedback? </p>
