I wanted to have my business phone number forwarded to a cellphone because I had covid. We called 1023, they said we must email *** to apply for the service. they send us this page to complete. We emailed it back and then said we want the number to be forwarded. That never happened and they they send an account of R10 000! They are the biggest bunch of ******** ever. They dont want to listed to reason. We have all the email communication stating we want a call forwarding service and not whate ever they are offering.
