Where's the qualified people?

I've had an ADSL at home since Dec 2016. Saw an ad that said you can get 2GB mobile data free connected to your ADSL. Got the SIM from Telkom in Nov 2017. Been battling since then to get this SIM activated. The buck just gets passed when you contacted the call centre numbers. Some of the numbers don't even get answered when you hold for 45min. When someone eventually answers, they just give you another number. SICK & TIRED of this. Get knowledgeable people who CAN do the job. PLEASE.
