Where is your customer support Telkom?

I don't know how to get hold of telkom, so I am using this channel. Your internet chat doesn't work and I am not a Telkom customer yet, so can't phone 081180. Going to the store (Somerset Mall) is also useless because I have to stand there for an hour before someone is availible to assist me .

I app**** for a mobile contract on the 11th of April with a company called Malundoni. They are also a useless company as I am still waiting for my phone to be delivered.

Please let me know if they are a ligitimate company and also if Telkom have any plans to improve their customer service? In store and all other contact channels.....
