Where is the service??

We lodged a technical issue on the 15th of July. To date, we are still waiting for the issue to be resolved. According to their feedback, which I had to call to obtain, the relevant box that needs to be attended to is locked in a building that is no longer occupied, and as such, they cannot get into. I understand to some degree that this is not their fault, however, they not keeping us up to date is their fault. This is a business line, and we are losing out on business due to this fact. We are also paying for a service which we are not receiving.
