Where is the phone

A phone was ordered about two weeks ago. The payment went through but where is the phone? You cannot say the deliveries will only start on the 1st of april, that's not acceptable. Refer me to store or even a warehouse, i'll pick up the phone myself but don't tell me that i must just wait another two weeks. How can one wait for a whole month for a simple phone???? This is absolutely frustrating. i have been a customer for telkom for almost two years and i absolutely dread it.
