where is the data and service ?????????????????????

I bought data... a few days ago and it is gone??? I use wifi at home... bought before but this is a first time my data is gone within a few days!!!!. I phone today 6 sep.... holding on for more than 30 min... the voice just repeats over and over and bad music... where is the service and where is my data????
