Where is the Competence in Telkom? Accounts? Communications? Customer service?

After a very disappointing 24 months with Telkom ADSL contract, my contract finally expired in September and then it went to a month-to-month contract without my permission of course. On 31 October I go to Telkom and a training consultant was sent to help me with my cancellation process. I was informed Telkom has discontinued the copper landlines and therefore I must cancel my landline service as well if I cancel my ADSL. I consented and my land line ADSL was cut by the time I get home. You would think all is well, Noooooo come 10 November I receive and invoice that is due 2 December for ADSL and Lanline for the month of November, while we had no internet and no phone since 31 October. ***

I had to go to a Telkom store and The saga continues, as a Telkom billing consultant tells me the charges was for penalties even though the contract had expired already.

Upon calling Telkom billing to follow-up on my penalty dispute #Penalty fee dispute #***4 lodged by Cedric Ramotlatla, the call centre agent shouts at me telling me I did not give a 30day notice, when I asked why must I pay for a 30day notice when my services were cut immediately. Does call centre agent training include, how to de***** clients? I ask.
