Where is private and confidentiallity in Telkom?

Hi. I'm very upset with the way Telkom handled my information, Someone who works for Telkom used my information that I gave Telkom consultant when I was taking contract Router. Someone took a HuaweiMate 20 using my information and now I'm the victim because debit order had to come out of my bank account, amount of R1 573 had to reversed every week and the bank is charging me for reversal. I called call centre and even took step further to visit Telkom stores where they confirmed that there is ********** and is an inside job that took place in Cape Town and I'm staying Gauteng.

I'm very upset with the fact that my information is not safe anymore.

Telkom need to investigate that matter before they make any transaction because is costing me money.
