Where is my phone DAMIT!!!!!

<p>so this is telkom here is my first hello peter </p> <p>out off stock after they told me i will receive my phone and sim in 5-7 working days</p> <p>Ordered a phone and sim online ...they approved everything they even debited my account and told me 5-7 working days and my new phone will be here ....well its not and after calling the sales department they advised me that there is no stock and they don’t know when they will receive more </p> <p> the problem is also the sim I know there is no stock for the phone but why am I not getting my freeme sim</p> <p>so they take my money lie to me and then don’t even let me know that hey the phone might not even come </p> <p>I can ask for a refund(that will take 21 days) but i need a new phone ****it!!</p> <p>if a phone call can be an online contract that means this is a breach of my contract with Telkom and that not fair </p> <p>should have listened to the advice everybody gave me and stayed away hopefully this will get someone to respond to me with a given time</p> <p> </p> <p>this was their response </p> <p> </p> <p>Official private business reply:<br />H Imichael1910</p> <p>We are sorry to hear this.
