Where is my phone

<p>So I took my phone to Telkom Express shop Cape Gate 2 weeks ago, 7 May 2016. They sent me a message on 9 May 2*** saying " your Samsaung Galaxy S5 has been dispatch back to TelkomExpressCape gate. Handset will be delivered in 4 days. " This means my phone had to be ready on 13 May 2016, right? I pjoned them yesterday 16 May 2016 and guess what? my phone hasn't arrived yet. Also went there Sunday 12 May and they said the phoned might come the next day. Monday on the phone they tell me it will take 21 days, so please tell me who do I believe? I was on contract but ended my contract cause their admin sucks big time. I need my phone ASAP and with the ammount I pay one would think they would give you a phone yo use for the few days that it's being fixed. On top of it I wonder if my paper wprk is fixed as i ended the contract. </p> <p>Totally ****ed Off..</p>
