WHERE IS MY ORDER!!!

So After 4 days of trying to get hold of telkom mobile sales department ( they never answer the phone) I eventually got hold of a lady who got some one else to contact me,,,, I did an application online which they claim they never received it ( I did it 4 times ) so I did the application over the phone last week, my application was approved and on monday the debit order went off my account, I received an e-mail stating that they are trying to get hold of me yesterday absolute ******* my phone was on the entire day.... I spent 2 hours on hold with the call centre this morning I HAVE GIVEN UP EITHER TELKOM MUST REFUND MY MONEY THAT THEY DEBITED OR THEY MUST DELIVER MY ORDER THIS WEEK BEFORE FRIDAY I am seriously hacked off now
