WHERE IS MY ORDER
Hi
I am absolutely disgusted by the service from telkom. My order for an LTE contract was approved on Friday the 29th of June 2018 and told me it will be delivered in 3 to 5 working days today its the 6th of August and still waiting on my order every time i call the customer service am told the order it with the back office team and they will call before COB but no communication what so ever. Telkom sales absolute the worst department i have ever came across .
CAN SOMEONE AT TELKOM TELL ME WHERE IS MY ORDER???
