Where is my money Telkom ?

I'm not one to easily complain but OH MY GOODNESS the assistance ( or lack thereof rather ) from Telkom is absolutely horrific. I've been inquiring about a deduction of R105 on a debit order which has been deducting from my bank account every month for the last year now probably and the issue I have is that I don't have any product with telkom besides my phone contract which is R650 per month. The R105 debit order doesn't appear on my account in store and no one in store can tell me why or how the money is being deducted. I've been trying to make contact with the telkom accounts department but no luck, you know it's bad when the staff in the Telkom shops tell you to not hold your breath when they put in a request for someone at accounts to phone you to rectify the issue.
