Where is my line speed

Hi Telkom its me again .. still not happy your technician tells me because there are more people in my area now with adsl my line sync can only do 8mb yet i could do 10mb latest speedtest results - early in the morning<br> <br> Last Result:<br> Download Speed: 2624 kbps (328 KB/sec transfer rate)<br> Upload Speed: 620 kbps (77.5 KB/sec transfer rate)<br> Latency: 69 ms<br> Jitter: 29 ms<br> 3/26/2016, 8:14:51 AM<br> <br> i am getting mad about this and you need to start fixing it.. <br>
