Where is my 10Gigs/month Telkom???

I took out a new mobile contract with Telkom last year which stated that i would receive 10Gigs of data/month for the first three months of the contract period. the contract started in Oct 2017 and it is now Feb 2018 and I have still have NOT received any of this data after i made numerous calls and emails in the last couple of months.

Telkom really need to up the quality of their service.
