WHERE IS ETHICS AT TELKOM!?

A ********** account was created under my name at Telkom. Funds were deducted from my account for 3 months. I could not reverse R1422.30 as I only realised this over 40 days from the transaction date.

To cut the long story short, Telkom confirmed that this was the ********** account (I have emails as proof) however to date I WAS NOT REFUNDED!.
