Where is data disappearing too,No way Telkom

Telkom data disappear every month. I have a contract with Telkom of 20GB.However is doesn't last.. On Wednesday 01 March 2020 it was loaded today is the 3 March 2020 it is finished.. Where is this data disappearing too and all this month's we've been complaining,Telkom doesn't even take affords to even resolve the problem. Every month they debit from the account.. This is totally unacceptable.. Who finishes 20GB in 2 days?
