where did the humanity go

<p>Only reason for the one star is because I have to to submit this horrible experience. No one at telkom seems to know what they are doing and get jump from one apartment to another. You waste your breath sounding like a broken record. Feeling so sorry for the managers at telkom who is always in a meeting and that phone call just never gets back to you. Dont understand the meaning of 48 hours as it is day 7 now. Wasting all your resources to ask about the mess they made in the first place. Driving all they way to tygervalley for some support to what happend to my line. No one helps you only get a tellephone. Telkom store employees screaming on the customers a customer that is probably retired and dont understand todays technology. I could not believe my eyes and ears. </p>
