Where are you, Telkom?

<p>Report telephone not working on 3 November 2016. Still no working landline. Report another landline on 9 January 2017. Still no working telephone. I am in a wheelchair and are alone in my house. I do need a working land line telephone urgently... can not find anywhere to complain...</p>
