WHEN WILL YOU CANCEL MY CONTRACT???

<p>I have been trying to cancel my contract since the 9th of January and the cancellations department is happily unavailable while the call centre is left to deal with me and although they escalate and prioritize and do everything in their power to help me, they can't actually help me. </p> <p> </p> <p>All I want is to cancel my accounts! I've been paying for months without service and I am now thoroughly sick of it! </p>
