When will this be over?

Dear Telkom,
I have been left with NO other choice but to write this review in the hope that this saga will be finally over. This journey has lasted months and has cost me money and hours of my time.
The problem already started November 2016 when an agency on behalf Telkom contacted and offered me Telkom Mobile Internet. I was quite keen as the current internet at home was slow and Fibre is not yet available in our area. I was explained the cost and terms including the cool off period of 7 days.
A couple of days later 6 November 2016 the device was delivered to my home and I set it up a couple of days later (9 November 2016), this process was quite easy, but I also quickly realised that it was not working properly as the Wifi did not extend through my house and I could only pick it up in my office area.
I set out to return the device to Telkom at the branch in The Grove, Lynwood, Pretoria on 9 November 2016 at 14h30. They advised me that I could not return it to their store as this was an online order and needed to be collected by the courier.
On 11 November 2016 at 13h00 I phoned call center ********** 3 and spoke to Nomzamo. I then arranged with her that the courier collect the device.
By 16 November it had not been collected and I then phoned Telkom on 012 688 888 at 11h30 and Spoke to Shannon who assured me that arrangements would be made to collect the device. November went and NO device was collected.
During December we went on holiday and on our return it was still not collected. During the holiday though a debit order went off on my account. I did NOT authorise a debit order.
On 23 January 2017 I phoned 012 688 888 and spoke to Khaya and made arrangements again but he also asked me to phone sales on 10213.
On 31 January 2017 at 09h00 I spoke to Zanele who then advised that she will also send email to her supervisor and this was also the first time that I received a case number ( ********** 7 and ********** 5). I was positive that this time it would be resolved BUT it was not.
By 13 February 2017 after the yet another debit order that went off and NO device collection I again phoned and spoke to Portia at 11h40. I of course explained all the information just as in this email to her and please asked that this be sorted. She then said she is unable to cancel it on the system until the device is collected. But she would make sure it is done. I told her that I had little faith and she advised that if the device was not collected within 2 weeks that I should just return the device to a Telkom store.
By 28 February 2017 it was still NOT collected and I then ventured to return it to Telkom store at The Grove, Lynwood, Pretoria. Once again they advised that they cannot take it as they are a franchise store and not a head office store and that I should go to either Woodlands or Menlyn branch.
By 1 March 2017 it was still NOT collected or returned and I then took the device to Woodlands Telkom. I stood in the que for 45 minutes and was helped by Gugu Moeeanare. I once again explained to her the situation and all that was in this email. She then took the device and sent an email to Kulani Manganyi (I have a copy of this email).
But during March again money was debited (unauthorised) from my account.
16 March 2017 I spoke to Patience and again had to explain the whole process and problem. She once again advised me that she will escalate this to her Manager and assured me that this will be sorted.
6 April 2017 This morning I got an message on my phone to advise me that Telkom once again debited money from my account. And now had to spend 40 mintues of my time again to write this email. Please can this be sorted. How is this possible that I am still struggling??
Please do listen to every call I made. I was always friendly never got angry and was always assisted by friendly person in return BUT this has NOT helped me. I am firm believer that if you are nice to people you get things done. BUT I was solidly proven wrong. Thanks Telkom.
