When Will TELKOM Up Their Service???

<p>Since the beginning of June, Telkom's telephone lines in Pearly Beach, Overstrand has been down. I have a 77year old grandmother living by herself in Pearly Beach. Airtime for her cellphone is expensive and she is reliant on her landline.</p> <p>Telkom *** - reported and still no service. (One example)</p> <p>This weekend I came through to Pearly Beach (200km) to check on her as I worry about her, and her cellphone is broken so I have no way of communicating with her now. She is also not very healthy. Should something happen to her, then what???? I think TELKOM should then be liable too. </p> <p>I also feel she should be refunded on her account as she is paying for a service she cannot use!!</p> <p>Should anything happen to my grandmother, I will keep Telkom liable.</p> <p>DISGUSTING service Telkom, to say the least!!!</p> <p>Fix this problem already!!!<br /> </p>
