WHEN WILL I GET MY FLLA

I requested online to move a landline to another suburb, and after receiving numerous sms telling me it's being attended to. After many calls, it turns out there are NO LINES available! I was told to apply for a Fixed Line Look Alike, which I did, only to realise that the local Telkom branch had "lost" my application. on 27 November 2017 new start, new application form, even got a reference number, but nothing is happening. No one can assist me, "it will be done before Christmas, you'll have it first week January". STILL NOTHING. In the meantime, I get charged by Telkom for the line! And it costs me a fortune to phone with the cell to enquire. Is there nobody who can expedite this matter. Seems I am talking to the walls! By the way, if anyone at Telkom who knows what they are doing - my reference No. FLLA 185085 768A/983017-11. Really - is it that difficult, I believe this FLLA is a phone with a sim card, so why this long delay.
