When Telkom blames Telkom???

Internet not working. I report a fault with Telkom because there is a problem with my internet service. Telkom come to the house and do all kinds of tests and then say, sorry, the problem is with your ISP. Haha. Telkom is my ISP. after 30 minutes using the online Telkom chat for help story. Precious asks for details to confirm who I am. I supply these details only to be further ignored by Telkom.
