When saying "I'm sorry" isn't enough

I'm sick and tired of Telkom's endless excuses, I'm being billed incorrectly month in and month out. My account is being debited before I even get paid. Telkom are billing me for amounts that they cant explain and it's so ridiculous I have to transfer money into another account just to avoid it. Whenever I call in, I'm told "It is a mistake on our side" or "We are sorry Mr Louw" but my credit record is being tarnished. After me reversing a payment at the bank for R2726, they have magically realised I only needed to pay R686.16

Who authorized the early debit order collection (EDO) on my account? I've explained in the past my salary comes in on the last day of the month.
I've noticed after being deducted R2726 on the 25th May, there was another EDO on my account

It's been happening to me since January and every month you apologise and promise me your system has been updated. Bali Ukabende was the last person I called on the 9th June at 17:59. Who do I speak to to get this sorted once and for all? I can't go through another month of immaginary amounts going off my account, I cannot go through another month of telkom ruining my credit record, I don't have time to go into the bank again to reverse money that isn't owed to telkom, I don't have the time to sit on the phone for 35 minutes explaining how telkom is at fault all to be told "I'm sorry."
