When is Telkom going to fix our line????

Telkom's service is absolutely shocking!!! Our line has been down for 8 days now, no phone and no internet. I keep getting a different story every day. First it was with the despatch centre, then I was told it was still with the testing centre. Yesterday I was told it had been assigned to a technician but now when I called again this morning I was advised that it is still with the testing centre. This is absolutely ridiculous! What does one have to do to get them to send a technician and sort out our line???? I work from home so this is now costing me a fortune in airtime and mobile data! We are at our wits end!!!!!
