When is my modem arriving??

I waited for 57 minutes on the phone before someone answered. I then asked the lady when I can expect my modem to be delivered and gave her my ID number. She asked me to wait while she has a look and then placed me on hold. After about 20 seconds she disconnected the call!!!<br> Someone from Telkom phoned me two weeks ago to complete the details for the contract and two days later deducted the money out of my bank account, since then I have not heard anything and I was suppose to have received my modem within 5 days from the payment! No tracking number, no communication, nothing. But they are quick to take your money!!!!! And it is impossible to reach their call centre! Pathetic!!!
