When in a problem telkom is never a company to rely on.
<p>I have had numerous problems with telkom over the years and I for once am in need of assistance. I was unemployed for a short while and fell into some difficulty with making payment. I called in to notify them that I was having difficulty. These people have stopped my services and now I have no way to communicate with my family. I work away from home. If anything were to happen to my family and they cannot communicate with me, my God telkom will suffer. I have been tolerant of all the ******* telkom thows at me but this is just ridiculous. </p>
Got a call from a Keegan from social media, he said someone from mobile will call me in a few hours, that was at 11.05
i am quite irrate at Telkoms lack of concern for the needs of their clients. The thing is when they disconnect, they do not reduce their charges while the service isn't being rendered. *******.
