When EMPLOYEES DONT CARE - TELKOM WESTGATE AND SOUTHGATE

<p>When i signed up with Telkom in 2014 for a tablet contract I encountered bad customer service. I had to write a review on Hellopeter in order to receive feedback as to whether my contract was approved or declined. This was after I have tried to call the branch(at SouthGate Mall) without success. Now,I was due for an upgrade in February but I didnt go as I was about to be retrenched. In June I then went to Telkom Westgate to Cancel the contract and a consultant by the name of Sipho assisted me - TO THIS DAY THE CONTRACT ITS STILL NOT CANCELLED. Its not clear whether he forwarded the cancellation to relevant dept or not.</p> <p>Urgently get someone to contact me or get this contract cancelled as a matter of urgency and forward me the proof of cancellation ASAP.</p>
