WHEN AM I GETTING MY DATA SIM 😫 😠

I am so furious right now because I app**** for a new data sim card on the 7th of July and I was advised I will get my sim card delivered within 3 to 5 working days and I haven't heard anything from anyone until today,not even a message .what's even worse is that I don't have have a telkom sim card to call the sales department but when I use my mtn sim card it says the sales number does not exist which is 10213 or ***3 .I then called customer care on 081180 and two consultants told me they can't transfer me to the sales department I need to call myself ,that is insane .I want somebody from the sales department to call me back on *** ASAP and tell me what's happening with the sim card am waiting for because I even received a debit check request for the amont that will be debited off my account the same day I app**** and it was approved. I am now regretting why I went back to telkom because the customer service sucks.
