WhatsApp service not helpful

Am Trying to make a call but is says, your balance is insufficient while I have more than 100 all net minutes and when we call your call center to understand it hang up send an sms with ur whats app number while ur WhatsApp service is so limited and not able clarify our query and no opposition to talk to a consultant
