What's worse than a root canal?

I thought that dealing with home affairs or going to renew your driving license or even a root canal was really bad, but these things are great compared to Telkom's service. This is most certainly now the worst company on the planet to deal with. It has taken me nearly 2 months to take out a new LTE data contract with them!! I'm not trying to leave like many people are, I'm actually trying to get in :-) Why? Just because they are the cheapest. Rookie mistake! I still don't have my contract sorted and no one is on top of complaints and customer service. Just don't go there, do yourself a favour and just don't! That's why everyone says don't go for the cheapest go for the best, and now I see why!
