Whats going on Telkom?

Last week i posted that i am still waiting for my landline 4mbps uncapped to be installed. Everything is in place, when i try to call i keep getting on hold. Today i held for over an hour. As i am writing this review i know Telkom will send me a letter/email saying that they are working on it cincere apologies etc. bla bla bla. I just want to know when will i be helped cause we already paid R700 deposit. My Reference number for my order is. ********** 1A
