Whats going on?

Good day. I placed an online order last week wednesday. Rverything was confirmed on Thursday with an agent. It was pre approved on Friday and the predebit was done on Friday night. That was the last I heard. Phoned call centre this morning to be told my application was declined????? Then call was cut... When phoning now I am on hold for over 40 mins with no answer.... What is going on??
