What were the agents doing for 10minutes

<p>Telkom mobile is serving a poor service and I am highly annoyed.</p> <p> </p> <p>3 days ago telkom mobile was not allowing me to buy a data bundle or fill airtime through my cellphone banking. After going to the shop and physically putting in the airtime it refused me to fill the data. </p> <p> </p> <p>Anyway the biggest mistake was to call them </p> <p>After two minutes of entering my cell number and pressing the number buttons on the phone to talk to an agent I waited</p> <p> </p> <p>And waited</p> <p> </p> <p>And waited </p> <p> </p> <p>And waited </p> <p> </p> <p>For 4 minutes </p> <p> </p> <p>Then 6 minutes </p> <p> </p> <p>Then 8 minutes </p> <p> </p> <p>And eventually got tired of waiting after 10 minutes</p> <p> </p> <p>I cut the call.</p> <p> </p> <p>Terrible service Telkom mobile </p>
