what u pay for is what u don't get

i have a telkom mobile contract ( ********** 598) which i signed in march 2016 . the package was 50mins air time and 500mb of data over a 24 month period . i received 500 mb of data in april 2016 and then from may 2016 to present date i have not received my full quota of data which should be 500mb of data.

numerous calls were made to the call centre to have this rectified but not to avail as every agent puts me through a different dept and nobody knows what to do, on 2016-08-02 i went into the telkom mobile store at shelly beach kzn and the agent logged my cpmplaint with the call centre and i was given a reference number ********** 4 told that i would get a response with 48hrs . to date i have not received any feedback from telkom regarding my complaint. i would like telkom to rectify this problem asap as i am paying for a contract (agreement) which i am not receiving .

good day

it's been 12 days and i still have not received a positive reply from telkom, not forgetting the last 4 months that i have also been waiting . forget the apologies cause i am not sure if telkom can take so long to rectify their own mistake. if the problem has been escalated and its now gone 12 days can some one tell me how much longer its gonna take. it seems like escalation is a very common word used by telkom to get their LOYAL CUSTOMERS of their backs
