What type of service are you running

I lost my phone on Sunday I have been trying to make a sim swap since at the Protea Glen branch they staff there has attitude no time in the work, no customer service skills they seat there the whole day just telling people home affairs is off line if this system is not working for you why not leave it and do what all cellphone networks do with telephonical sim swap, they even have contact numbers that dont work on the website so one can call before wasting their time and money to be told nonsense can we get quick assistance with when will home affairs and Telkom work so we can get out things slighted and again please tell your branch stuff not to play with their phones during working hours it gives your company a bad image
