WHAT TO DO WITH TELKOM???

I have been on the phone for over an hour - I was finally put through to somebody in residential sales - sounded like a female by the name of Angel but I can't be sure. I heard her say that it was the residential sales dept but over her voice was another message that said 'the mailbox is full'. She didn't bother to switch that option off and take my call and simply allowed the call to drop. Telkom, what on earth is wrong with you???????? Do you want business or not. I actually don't know why I bother with you. You are SOOOO PATHETIC!!!!!!!
