WHAT THE HELL AM I BEING DEBITED FOR

<p>You try calling telkom and none of the numbers online route you to a consultant, your best option is chatting to an agent, who the moment I ask why am I being debited every single month they cut the chats???? To top it off, just to test, I app**** for a contract and without any delay received a call from an agent who checked my credit score and told me I didn't qualify fora phone because I'm in arrears with TELKOM!!!!! BUT ARREARS FOR WHAT when I have neve had any dealing with Telkom????? And the phone was cut!!!!! I WANT all my money back that I have been debited, I have tried the bank blocking you but you just don;t give up, instead you messing with my credit score for what I have no clue.</p> <p>I DEMAND TO KNOW WHAT THE HELL I AM PAYING FOR AND WHERE THE HELL IS THIAT THING THAT I'M PAYING FOR BECAUSE IT IS DEFINITELY NOT WITH ME... THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!</p>
