What the hell!!

What the hell!! I call you set get a new fibre contract set up. It goes ok. I call 10 days later to follow up and find out you don’t supply fibre in my area and the order was never processed, only to find out it has been processed yesterday. I now can’t get hold of you as the “number you have dialled is unavailable “ to find out why there is a pending order for a fibre line in and area, that according to you, you don’t supply from!! If this wasn’t a government business I would be far more annoyed. Axxess has processed and finalized my paper work in an hour! Anything government controlled needs to be avoided like the plague.
