What service maybe ICASA can help with this

I complained on the 26/4/2016 ref 888CRK260416. We were told that it was the device and we should replace it. We did replace the device and the problem persisted.

I reported it again on the 6/6/2016 Ref 13CRK060616. On the 12th reference number 16CRK120616 was created thanks to my complaint on Facebook, one of these was just opened and closed with no follow up. You sent out a technician who had a look at my jack and then left it in pieces on my floor, he then went up the pole to see if that was the issue. He then went to the box on the corner never to be seen from again.

I then wrote an email to customer services, regional managers, etc and have yet another reference number 217CRK200616. I was told a application for credit note would be processed because of the lack of service, don't know if this was done or how far it is. I was then told by one of your call centre agents that I was a **** and there was nothing wrong with my line. Your technician also told me that it was because of the data on the line that it was noisy., REALLY!!!! He said I needed a filter on the line which was removed by your technician, so who knows where I am suppose to get that from. He also said there is no noise on the line.

I I would like to be able to use my ADSL line with my landline plugged in at decent speeds and I would like to be able to have a conversation with some one without having to unplug my ADSL first. Yes it's that noisy.

Who do I send through my invoice too for lose of income because of this debacle? And when will it be fixed? When will the credit notes be passed?

I have also put in an official complaint to ICASA because of this lack of service.

We we are now going on 2 months and still no resolution is in place.
