WHAT SERVICE ITS NON EXISTENT!!!

they dont even deserve 1 Star!! I still don't have my username and password to login to my Fibre!!! I have called 10213 again today and i am told i must phone 10210. They can't help me it is only to log faults! I am beyond ****ed OFF!!! Just cancel this contract and come fetch all your ****! i will not pay a cent for the installation or the router and will take my business elsewhere because you don't want it!!!
