What service?!

I have sent requests to Telkom via their website for an upgrade 6 or 7 times over the last few months. To date I have not had a single response. I get an sms saying they got my request but that is where it ends. When I go into their stores they always tell me they don't have stock and don't know when they will get stock. I have tried calling their stores and every time it says the number is not available and now I tried the complaints number and it also says number not available.
