What service
Is someone going to call me to arrange when fitment will take place? I have tried calling I have emailed I have asked for call backs on your website. Your service levels are shocking. Maybe I should just cancel and go elsewhere

The service levels are pathetic.
Tried calling your support line for 5 days, held for 10 to 15 minutes each time with no answer, requested atleast 6 call backs still haven't heard anything and then your reply 4 days later.
If this is the service I'm receiving before it's even been a concluded transaction I'd rather cancel.
So please do not carry on with this transaction and cancel immediately I will not be held liable for anything further.
